Beacon International Education entered into an education strategic cooperation agreement in respect of the HKDSE Examinations with Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC). UIC is the first university jointly founded by higher education institutions of mainland China and Hong Kong, and the HKDSE education is an important part to expand the way of fostering global talents. In this cooperation, we will jointly establish a platform for national HKDSE teachers’ development, develop a comprehensive assessment database for the Greater Bay Area, analyze and study the performance of Hong Kong and mainland students in various subjects, organize summits on the HKDSE assessment, and promote exchanges and development between HKDSE educational institutions in Hong Kong and mainland China. Moreover, we will work together to build a high-level HKDSE training platform through leveraging Beacon’s resources, data and extensive experience in organizing HKDSE programmes accumulated over the past 30 years and UIC’s strength in teaching as well as campus facilities, in order to establish an intensive training base for HKDSE students at UIC.
